Join the Edison Chamber of Commerce for the first ever Edison Food Truck Festival. More than 20 gourmet food trucks to tantalize your taste buds, plus craft beer -- including Edison's own Cypress Brewery! -- and wine bar, and a great DJ to top off the event. Kids rides, too!
The Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is essentially a huge tailgate party. Bring blankets, chairs, or whatever you need to get comfortable. Of course, no outside food or drink or backpacks.
