The Edison Chamber of Commerce, JFK Medical Center and Middlesex County Medical Society are joining together to provide a medical business seminar intended to help medical offices improve the patient experience, and in turn improve their bottom lines.
We're bringing in Joe Quitoni, an expert in the patient experience from the Ritz Carlton Leadership Center. He will provide a 90 minute interactive session utilizing the proven strategies of The Ritz-Carlton to help differentiate your business from the competition, develop a patient-centric culture within your office to drive patient experience, ensure patient engagement to protect and enhance your office's reputation, and improve employee engagement and interaction with patients.
This session is geared towards medical providers, practice directors and office managers who want to see their practice grow and thrive with new and innovative techniques.
