Hackensack Meridian Health JFK Medical Center will be providing the following:

\n* Stroke and Neuro have lots of information on stroke prevention and do blood pressures
\n* Oncology teaches about basic good health to avoid cancers
\n* Hospice will provide counseling on ?Having the Conversation? with your family about advanced directives (living wills) and will have counselors on site to help people fill out their own advanced directives
\n* Maternity and Neonatal will provide education on good pre-natal health and care of the infant
\n* Radiology will have a display about all the advanced radiological testing that is available to the community
\n* Adult Day Care is a very popular table about care for the elderly and lots of education on Alzheimer?s disease
\n* \;Sleep Lab\, education on sleep apnea and its health risks.
